Registration Cancellation Policy

 

With regard to the GrainCom Event SA conference “GrainCom” scheduled to take place at the President Wilson Hotel, Geneva on 13-15 May 2025 the following conditions apply:

Should individuals or companies choose to cancel their delegate registration to GrainCom due to their own circumstances or the organisers postpone GrainCom event the following conditions apply:

•Once you register for a Conference and have paid the registration fee, you will be granted a 72 hour “Registration Grace Period”, and be eligible to receive a refund of the Registration fees you paid to GrainCom Events SA minus a CHF75.00 non-refundable transaction processing fee.

• If a registration cancellation is after 72 hours of registration but received before March 1st 2025 a 20% deduction of amount paid plus a CHF 75.00 processing fee will be applied.

• If registration cancellation is after 72 hours of registration but received before May 1st 2025  a 50% deduction plus a CHF 75.00 processing fee will be applied.

• If registration cancellation is received after May 1st you will not be eligible for full refund.

• To be eligible for a registration cancellation refund, you must cancel your registration in writing, sent to [email protected]

• If a registration cancellation refund is approved by GrainCom Events SA, at its sole discretion, then the amount of the refund (your Conference Registration fee MINUS the deduction applicable and the CHF 75.00 non-refundable processing fee) will be credited back to the credit card and/or debited back to the bank account you used to pay for the registration for the Conference.

• No refunds will be given on any additional fees or other service fees (eg. Hospitality services, special room bookings or transportation).

• No Cash refunds will be provided under any circumstances.

• Refunds may take up to 30 days to process after a refund is approved.

• Should the event need to be postponed the organizers confirm that individuals or companies who prior to the announcement paid the registration fees, they will have the option to either request reimbursement of their registration payment or agree to have their registration payment held as a deposit for a future rescheduled event.

• Those who agree their registration payment can be held as a deposit for a future event will also be entitled to a CHF100 discount to the new event delegate fee when registering to the new event.
